Costco had these frozen, organic, free-range and they are low fat. Not bad. The white stuff is Nancy's lo-fat organic yogurt. The plate was too much to eat and so I saved about half of it for tonight's dinner. Linn is probably going to have a frozen dinner that he picked out. I avoid those but they are sometimes handy and quick.
